Frequently Asked Questions

Questions? Concerns? Here are some answers!

How early can my child start treatment?

According to the American Association of Orthodontics, children should have their first orthodontics appointment around the age of 7. At this age, we’ll begin monitoring your child’s development and start treatment when necessary.

How long does treatment usually last?

Treatment can last anywhere from a year to a few years. Exact duration will depend on the severity of the issue and the desired results.

What types of braces do you offer?

We offer both traditional metal braces and clear braces. Both are effective in straightening teeth and deliver results you are looking to achieve.

Are there any foods I should avoid with braces?

Yes! With braces, it’s best to avoid any foods that are too hard, chewy, or sticky. These types of foods can get stuck in the braces and possibly damage them.

What other treatments do you offer?

We offer treatment for all-ages including braces, clear aligners, and retainers. We’ll work together and decide which treatment best fits your needs.

What technology does your office use?

We stay up-to-date with technology and have devices including the 3D scanner, 3D printing, and virtual treatment monitoring – just to name a few.
